Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us — specifically, when you submit our contact form. That includes your name, business name, phone number, email address, what you're looking for, and anything you write in the optional message field. We don't collect anything else: no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies are used on this site as of the date above.
How we use it
Information submitted through our contact form is used for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've asked about. We don't sell your information, rent it to third parties, or use it for anything beyond talking to you about your project.
Who sees it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel, which may retain server logs (including submitted form data and IP address) for a limited time as part of normal hosting operations. Neither Resend nor Vercel uses your data for their own marketing purposes — they process it on our behalf as service providers.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. If that changes — for example, if we add Google Analytics or ad-conversion tracking — we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before doing so, not after.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing gomarketing61@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
